Youth Fellowship
Women’s Ministry
Chain Prayer

The first Friday of every month, we hold a 12 hour prayer meeting from 7pm to 7am. Every half hour is assigned to different groups of people in order to maintain a continuous prayer effort throughout the night. Some who are waiting for their assigned time share in fellowship while others may nap a short time.
In the morning, we all gather for a mighty worship and thanksgiving to close the chain prayer.

Paper Ministry

Many people in the community are still learning the American culture and language. One of the challenges involves reading mail, applying for jobs, applying for government benefits and paying bills. We gather on Friday evenings to help explain and fill out paperwork.
Welcome Team
Every two months, we receive one to three new Bhutanese/Nepali refugee families. The initial months of their arrival is a challenging transition time. Their greatest need is Jesus. Upon arriving, we will provide the family with a T.V. and DVD player. After sharing the Gospel, we pray for them. Then, we play a movie, “Life of Jesus”, that is in their native language. As part of the welcome package we may include a rice cooker, microwave, cell phone or even a laptop (depending on resources available).
